Who Are We?
THE MOUNT ROYAL CHORAL ASSOCIATION OF CALGARY (MRCA)
supports the Mount Royal Children’s and Youth Choir Programs.
When singers register in the Mount Royal Conservatory Choral Program, they become members of the Mount Royal Choral Association, MRCA.
MRCA provides financial and volunteer support as the enrichment component of the Mount Royal Children’s and Youth Choir program. The enrichment component includes concerts and performances, workshops, camps, performance uniforms, music binders and bags, scholarships and bursaries, and significant contribution to expenses of touring. Volunteers support all aspects of the choirs’ activities, and are essential to the success of the program. As a charitable nonprofit society, MRCA raises funds through membership fees, donations, annual fundraising campaigns and AGLC casino events.
